3. Overview

1、Motor：

(1) Brushless motor and reducer independently designed and opened mold, patented by Red Gate.
(2) Gear reduction is adopted for high efficiency and long life.
(3) 24V DC brushless motor, high efficiency and no noise.
(4) Intelligent speed regulation of brushless motor, strong ability of trackless door correction.
(5) Single and dual motors can be used in Hong Mon integrated with horizontal installation.
 

2、Control board:

（1）Multiple control modes: including on-board buttons, wireless remote control, control box, RS485 communication, etc. multiple ways to realize on, off, stop and other functions.
（2）Battery drive: DC21V-DC29V is used to supply power to the system, reduce the risk that people or animals in contact with the door may get an electric shock
（3）Multiple application modes: with application modes such as swipe card opening and ground sense closing, etc., for users to choose
（4）Multiple motor protection: It has protections such as overtime stop and undervoltage protection to protect the motor from running.
（5）Emergency linkage function: can keep the traffic smooth in emergency situations (such as fire fighting).
（6）Human-computer interaction function: The control panel uses an LCD display to display door status information for easy identification and maintenance; customers can set the function of the control panel according to relevant operating instructions.
（7）Except for the door cable on the control board, all terminals are connected by plugs, and each pair of terminals is the corresponding plug, which is not easy to insert wrongly;

（8）Anti-climbing function (optional accessory): According to the customer's needs, install anti-climbing transceivers. After the door is closed, if anyone oversteps the door row, it will alarm immediately.
（9）Anti-push function: After closing the door in place, forcibly pushing the door open, it will alarm immediately.
（10）Anti-collision function: using advanced infrared anti-collision technology, with high anti-interference circuit, adjustable anti-collision distance, when the door is closed, someone or the vehicle will automatically return to a certain distance to open the door to ensure the safety of people and vehicles.
（11）Anti-pinch function: Dry contact signal input is used to automatically stop when someone or the vehicle passes when the door is closed to ensure the safety of people and vehicles.
（12）Police light control: It has a control port for police lights, which can be connected with police lights of DC12 ~ 30V to realize synchronous control of door opening and closing.
